DELIVERY RATES AND INFORMATION - EUROPE & AUSTRALIA
We offer standard and express delivery throughout the UK and Europe and standard delivery to Australia. For delivery to the United States and Canada, please refer to our US/Canada Delivery Rates page. We do not deliver to any other countries at the present time.
FREE DELIVERY on UK orders over £50 and Europe orders over €300

General Delivery Information:

Deliveries are made on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Holidays may add an extra day to delivery times.

Please note that orders may take up to 24 hours to be processed prior to shipping. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

If there is no secure place for package delivery, you can choose to have your package delivered to your place of business.

All orders ship from the UK.

Packages that are refused will be refunded to the credit card originally used for the purchase, less shipping costs. We are unable to refund shipping costs on refused deliveries.

SousVide Supreme will be delivered in a separate box from rest of order.
VAT: For EU countries, all product prices are quoted inclusive of VAT (if applicable) including the delivery charges below. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, prices will reflect pricing exclusive of VAT.
